PRESIDENT - CY LEE                  

I have been on the board for Ramona Pop Warner since January 2020. This will be
my 9th year volunteering for Pop Warner, 3 years in Arizona and 6 in California.  I have
served as a team mom, team manager, player agent, equipment manager, treasurer, and
association president officially while managing other titles and responsibilities as needed.

We moved to Ramona at the beginning of 2019 and immediately fell in love with this
community. I have four children that have participated in RPW in both the cheer and
football programs, with two that will still be playing football this year.

My goal is to help build RPW in the community and to see each athlete grow in
character and athletic ability year over year. I am looking forward to continuing to work 
with all of you in the years to come!!

Diana has been a Ramona resident for 2 years.  She has 2 young boys ages 11 and 12 who are very passionate about playing football. Diana's Role as Vice president is to perform any and all needed duties to assist the board or President of the Pop Warner League.

Hi my name is Nickie Daniels. I've lived in Ramona my whole life. I'm a wife and mommy to 2 great kids- Olivia second year of cheer and Lincoln will start first year of football. I also own a preschool in town Thomsen Learning Center and have a huge love for the town of Ramona that is rooted generations deep. I signed Olivia up for cheer last year with the thought I'd drop her off and come back and that would be that. There was soon a call out for extra cheer coaches having my background in preschool education I had most of the needed requirements to help out. So with limited prior cheer knowledge I jumped on the Mitey Mite Cheer team. I saw how much of a better experience we had both being on the team together and decided this year to help out on the board a help see the Pop Warner program grow in Ramona. Looking forward to a great year.

My Name is Thaddeus Burcham. I grew up in Santee Ca. My wife Becky and I moved our family to Ramona in 2018. We have a 10 year old Daughter Teagan and an 8 Year old little boy Thaddeus Jr. (TJ). We love “R TOWN" and enjoy being part of the community as much as possible. Teagan is a horse back rider (cowgirl) and TJ is all about team sports. We started playing basketball with the Boy’s and Girls club last season and 2023 was our first year with RPW where he played center for the Bulldogs 8U team. I had the pleasure of coaching (2023) with my now close friends and had a blast being there and watching the progress of not just my child but the entire team.  I’m excited for this upcoming 2024 season and beyond, making memories for our kiddos that will never be forgot. I’m honored to be a board member and assistant coach. See you on the field!!  Let’s go Dawgs!!!

My name is Corina Barrera and this is my 2nd year on the board, but I was a volunteer for the board for many years prior. I have 4 boys, 3 of which have gone through this program playing football for the last 9 years in Ramona and my youngest who’s still in Pop Warner. I work in the school district, have assisted with coaching flag and tackle football, I am a team mom for a couple sports at RHS and my husband as well as my oldest son are coaches in the community as well.

My name is Julie De Witt, I am a native San Diegan and grew up in the valley of Escondido.  I played competitive soccer growing up and know
so many life lessons can be learned through sports.  My husband and I moved to Ramona in 2014.  I am a mom to three amazing children.  We
became involved in Ramona Pop Warner two years ago when my two boys started playing football.  My goal is not only for my children, but
the children involved in Ramona pop warner to feel a sense of belonging and pride to be a part of this organization.  I want them to look back
with fond memories of growing up playing football in this "small town" community.
